AuscultA since 1996
AuscultA was founded in 1996 by Gertraud Gurschler as a management audiobook publishing and distribution company.
The publication of the management audiobook “EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP”, created in collaboration with entrepreneur and top consultant Prof. Fredmund Malik from St. Gallen, Switzerland, was the decisive factor in this decision.
This bestselling audiobook, now in its fifth updated edition since 2024, covers the essential principles, tasks, tools, and responsibilities of effective leadership in just four hours.
2005: From the audiobook to Leadership & Management Trainings and Coaching
The audiobook is a bestseller.
At the suggestion of numerous audiobook customers, Gertraud Gurschler and her partner Peter Ofner developed a unique concept for AuscultA’s leadership and management training courses, that includes individual implementation support.
Peter Ofner is an experienced top manager and consultant who provides personal coaching to executives and managers at all levels.
The demand for training and coaching services for top, upper, and middle management has been increasing constantly, which has led to a continuous expansion of these services.
Since 2005, we have collaborated with a wide variety of entities, including global corporations, midsized national and international companies, and family-owned businesses.
