Career:
- Occupational physician at AMZ Hall (medium-sized companies), Swarovski, torrent and avalanche control, AUVAsicher and UVD of the AUVA (20 years of special consulting, projects such as healthy leadership, age-appropriate work and reintegration); Environmental Officer of the Medical Association (Tyrol since 1999, Austria since 2014).
Activities and experience as a trainer:
- Dealing with difficult employees using the example of alcohol, project management and first 25 company seminars (over 11,000 participants since 1999)
- More than 2500 lectures in the D-A-CH region
- Two-day health seminars for Novartis
- Head of the environmental medicine course (5 weekends) at the Austrian Medical Association
